Fives DTS Benefits Summary for Contingent Employees
Holidays:
Fives DTS offers Contingent Employees holiday pay for full-time positions starting after 90 days of employment. Paid holidays are listed below:
- New Years
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Thanksgiving/Christmas Floating Holiday
- Christmas Day
Vacation Pay:
Fives DTS offers vacation pay for all Contingent Employees that are full-time associates. The vacation pay policy is as follows:
Two weeks (10 days) per year – After working 90 days, Contingent Employees are eligible for 20 hours of vacation pay and accrue 6.67 hours every month thereafter maxing out at 80 hours per year. Full-time Contingent Employees can borrow against their vacation pay understanding that if they should leave or be terminated, they will be subject to pay back the borrowed vacation pay. A maximum of 80 hours of vacation pay can be accrued but must be used by the end of the Contingent Employee’s first year of service commencing on their start date. Vacation pay that is not used in this time period will be forfeited.
Standard Insurance Package:
Fives DTS offers an insurance package for all full-time Contingent Employees. Medical benefits will begin on the first day of the following month of employment. For example, if you start your new job on January 27th, all of your medical benefits will begin on February 1st. Start on May 1st, medical benefits will begin on June 1st … you get the picture. The Standard Insurance Package includes the following:
